American Green (ERBB)

am-greenAmerican Green, formally named Altitude Organix and formerly known as Tranzbyte Corporation, Inc., is a driving force behind One Bode, Altitude Organic Corporation, Proxima RD, and The YO! Debit Card. The company’s subsidiary, Altitude Organic Corporation focuses on developing, branding, retailing, and commercial cultivating strategies in conjunction with its medical marijuana retail dispensaries that operate under the brand name Altitude Organic Medicine.

The company developed the ZaZZZ American Green Machine, an automated dispensary machine that offers the proprietary products of the company to qualified medical adult customers in the U.S.  The machine unveiled in Avon, Colorado on April 12, 2014. In addition to ZaZZZ, the company has a cultivation division that includes Jurassic Grow Systems, full-line American Green clothing and apparel, Green Magazine, and a number of media efforts and web properties. The company is dedicated to the renewal of the American economy through a clear vision and hard work.

American Green, which is based in Temple, Arizona, is publicly traded in the OTC market under the stock symbol ERBB. The company officially changed its name from Tranzbyte Corporation, Inc. to American Green on July 1, 2014.  This name change reflects the company’s focus on the rapidly-growing legal cannabis market in the last two years.

Tranzbyte did not depart from the company’s technology roots. It was pushed down into the company structure as American Green’s subsidiary. Tranzbyte remains a division of the company, continues to supply technological efficiencies for businesses, and remains focused in acquiring companies that would represent a great fit for the company.
