GreenBank Capital has helped create and list six small caps in Canada’s natural resource, oil and gas, mining, and technology industries. These companies are Winston Resources, Inc; Hadley Mining, Inc; Zara Resources, Inc; CNRP Mining, Inc; GreenBank Capital, Inc; and Leo Resources, Inc.

Meanwhile, the company’s investment portfolio includes Zara Resources, Inc; Leo Resources, Inc; Hadley Mining, Inc; Bitcoin Canada Investment, Inc; and Bitcoin Angel Capital, Inc. GreenBank Capital claims that through Bitcoin Angel, it has become the first public company to invest in cryptocurrency.

In April 2014, GreenBank also revealed that it has established a subsidiary to cater to the medical marijuana sector. This subsidiary, Canada Marijuana Agricorp, Inc, intends to lease at least 20 acres of land in Ontario, to be used for commercial medical marijuana production. It also plans to apply for a license under the Marijuana for Medical Purposes Regulations of Health Canada.

In addition to that, GreenBank has launched MarijuanaForCanada.ca, which aims to be the premier informational and educational website on marijuana in Canada.

GreenBank Capital, Inc was incorporated in British Columbia in January 2013. It is currently traded in the CSE under the symbol GBC. The company’s market cap is pegged at CAD 0.32 M. Its top executives are Daniel Wettreich, Chairman, CEO, and CFO; and Mark Wettreich, Vice President of Administration and Corporate Secretary.
