CannTrust Applies to List on NYSE

CannTrust Holdings Inc. (TSX: TRST), one of Canada’s leading, most trusted licensed manufacturers of cannabis and the 2018 Canadian Cannabis Awards”Top Licensed Producer of the Year”, announces that it has applied to list its common shares on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE).

Listing of the firm’s common shares on the NYSE remains subject to the approval of the NYSE and the pride of all applicable listing and regulatory requirements. In relation to the intended listing on the NYSE, the Company has filed a registration statement on Form 40-F (the”Registration Statement”) with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (the”SEC”). The Registration Statement has not yet been declared effective by the SEC. Upon receipt of all necessary approvals and completion of the formal listing process, the Company will publicly announce its first trading date on the NYSE.
