Is Medical Marijuana Bill “Dead In The House”? Public Health Committee Chair Thinks So

3D-Cannabis-cemterA cardholder could have up to 2.5 ounces of marijuana in their possession, and keep up to six cannabis plants at their homes. Users would not be be allowed to drive under the influence or smoke in public places.

The bill lists cancer, post-traumatic stress disorder and Alzheimer’s disease among the medical conditions that could be legally treated with marijuana. People with other conditions that cause severe pain, nausea or seizures would also qualify for legal access to the drug.
