Reliq Health Technologies Announces Kick Off of Patient Onboarding in Rio Grande Valley Health Alliance at Texas

RHT.V) (RQHTF) (“Reliq” or the “Company”-RRB-, a technology company focused on creating innovative mobile health (mHealth) and telemedicine solutions for Community-Based Healthcare, is very happy to announce that it has started onboarding patients in Rio Grande Valley Health Alliance, LLC (RGVHA) at McAllen, Texas.

“We’re excited to be working with Rio Grande Valley Health Alliance (RGVHA) to provide our iUGO Care platform for their own patients,” said Dr. Lisa Crossley, CEO of Reliq Health Technologies, Inc.  “We kicked off patient onboarding with RGVHA earlier this month and look forward to working with the clinicians and our implementation partner, CareOneTeam, to continue to roll out our iUGO Care solution to chronic illness patients during the Rio Grande Valley. ”

“Our mission at Rio Grande Valley Health Alliance is to provide our patients with efficient, higher quality care that improves health outcomes,” said Dr. Luis Delgado, Jr, President of RGVHA.  “We’re excited to be working with Reliq Health to help engage our patients in better management of their chronic conditions. The iUGO Care platform allows our clinicians to receive automated alerts if a patient’s condition is getting unstable and requires intervention. This helps us identify issues helping to keep patients out of hospital. ”

The group is comprised of 24 primary care physicians who are working to provide coordinated care to Medicare Fee-for-Service patients. The ACO’s aim is to deliver high-quality care and reduced growth in medical care expenditures.  The ACO is composed of 19 practices focusing on primary care, and currently has close to 30,000 enrolled patients.
